Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our hosting services and website. By ordering or using a service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Last updated 25 August 2026

1. The service

We provide the hosting services described on the applicable plan page — including the stated compute, memory, storage and bandwidth. Specifications are per plan; "unlimited" resources remain subject to the fair-use and acceptable-use rules below.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure, including any team members you invite. We may require identity (KYC) verification before activating certain services.

3. Payment and renewals

Services are billed in advance for the selected term and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal invoices are raised ahead of the due date. Unpaid services may be suspended after the grace period shown on the invoice, and subsequently terminated. Applicable taxes (including GST) are added where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to: send unsolicited bulk mail; host or distribute malware, phishing pages or stolen data; infringe copyright or other rights; attack, scan or disrupt other systems; mine cryptocurrency on shared resources; or break the law of India or of your own jurisdiction. We may suspend a service immediately where continued operation harms other customers, our network, or third parties, and will notify you when we do.

5. Abuse reports

Reports about content or activity on our network are handled through our abuse process. We review every report, may preserve evidence, and respond to lawful requests from authorities as required by Indian law.

6. Your data and backups

Your content remains yours. Unless your plan includes managed backups, you are responsible for keeping your own copies. We are not liable for data lost from within your service where backups were available to you and not used.

7. Service levels

Availability commitments and the credits payable when we miss them are set out in our Service Level Agreement. Credits are the sole remedy for availability shortfalls.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel from your client area at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may terminate a service for material breach of these terms; where the breach is not cured after notice, no refund is due for the remaining term.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data as described in section 6. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your registered email or via the client area at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
