Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and the IT Act, 2000.

Last updated 25 August 2026

1. What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, phone, company, billing address, and KYC documents where verification is required.
  • Service data — the services you order, their configuration, invoices and payments (card details are handled by our payment gateways and never stored by us).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited, collected in server logs and used for security and analytics.
  • Support data — tickets, chat conversations and call-back requests you raise with us.

2. Why we use it

To provide and bill the services you ordered; to verify identity where the law or our risk rules require it; to secure our network (including abuse and fraud detection); to answer support requests; and, with your consent, to send service and product updates. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and preferences (theme, currency, language) and first-party analytics about how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; signed-in areas require the session cookie to work.

4. Who we share it with

Payment gateways (to process payments), infrastructure and datacenter partners (to operate services), and communication providers (to send invoices and alerts) — each only what they need. We disclose data to authorities where Indian law requires it.

5. Retention

Account and billing records are kept as long as your account is active and thereafter as required by tax law. Server and visitor logs are pruned on a rolling schedule. Chat and ticket history is kept so we can support you over time.

6. Your rights

You may access and correct your data from the client area, ask us for a copy, ask for deletion of data we are not legally required to keep, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to our grievance contact (details on the contact page) and we will respond within the timelines set by the DPDP Act. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Access to customer data inside our systems is role-restricted and audit-logged. Panel and server credentials we hold are encrypted at rest.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly process children's data as defined by the DPDP Act.

9. Changes

We will post changes here and notify you of material ones. The date of the current version is shown on this page.
