Money-back period

Shared hosting, VPS and cloud plans may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of the first payment on that service.

What is not refundable

Domain registrations and renewals, which are paid to the registry on your behalf and cannot be reversed.
Dedicated servers, colocation and GPU servers, which are allocated to you specifically.
Licences (control panels, operating systems) already issued in your name.
Setup, migration and development work already carried out.
Services cancelled for breach of our Terms of Service or acceptable use policy.

Renewals

The money-back period applies to the first payment for a service, not to renewals. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket from your control panel, or email us, from the address on the account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
